Who are We and Why are We Blogging?

Welcome to Rate the Plate Utah...our new blog all about dining.  We are a Utah Valley-based family of five.  Mr. Diner works full time to put the food on our plates.  Mrs. Diner works full time at home to take care of the little diners, cook, and find ways to save on our dining dollars (both eating in and eating out).  We also have 3 little diners:  Amazing Diner (9-year-old boy), Sweet Diner (6-year-old girl), and Little Diner (2-year-old boy).  We all have different tastes and different opinions.  You may see yourself in Mrs. Diner, who is an adventurous eater and loves everything, or in Little Diner, who prefers hot dogs and cheese.

We love to eat out and eat in.  This blog will be a family adventure where we each get to share our opinions about food, recipes we've tried, dining reviews, and dining deals.  Take what you want from it & make your own choices about how you want to spend your dining dollars.
